Standing Committees
LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS!
The Kansas Young Republicans Executive Committee is excited to announce the formation of five standing committees to help the Kansas YRs reach their goals and strengthen the Republican Party.
We are looking for Young Republicans who want to get more involved with the Kansas YRs State Board, while wanting to help their local county clubs at the same time.
This is your opportunity! These committees are:
Constitution and Bylaws Committee: The purpose of this group will be to recommend changes to the Kansas YRs constitution and bylaws. Kori Crouse-Chair
Education and Communications Committee: This group will develop educational materials to promote club development and leadership training, as well as create materials to increase Kansans’ awareness of our organization. Rebecca Korphage-Chair
Finance Committee: This group will propose fundraising ideas to help us meet our aggressive developmental goals for the Kansas Yrs. Chad Lawton-Chair
Membership and Outreach Committee: This group will devise initiatives for membership growth within the established clubs and unaffiliated areas. Additionally, this group will work on ways to initiate communication with other Republican organizations to promote an interactive relationship to help build our organization and the Republican Party. Mark Taylor-Chair
Kansas Day Committee: This group will meet to organize the activites for the KYRs at Kansas Days at the end of January. Chad Lawton-Chair
